本《服務條款》（下稱「本條款」）適用於您使用 AI Grader Pro 官方網站、下載頁面，以及購買、下載、或使用 AI Grader Pro 軟體（下稱「本軟體」）。本軟體由 HSIEH CHUNG-TSUN（下稱「開發者」）提供。

2. 授權與使用

您購買或取得的是本軟體之使用授權（license），非所有權轉讓。授權細節以本軟體內附之 EULA 為準。

3. 付款與金流

本軟體之付款可能由第三方金流或 merchant-of-record 服務處理（例如 Paddle）。實際適用之退款、稅務與爭議處理，以您購買當下所使用之付款服務商政策為準。

4. 退款

退款條件以本網站《退款政策》及付款服務商政策為準。若您透過 Paddle 付款，退款將依 Paddle 的規範與流程處理。

5. 使用者責任（AI 輸出）

AI 生成之評語、分數與分析可能有誤，僅供參考。您應自行審核並對任何教學、評分或對外報告負完全責任。

6. 禁止行為

不得逆向工程、破解、或繞過授權檢查。
不得轉售、出租、或未經授權散佈本軟體與授權金鑰。

7. 免責與責任限制

在法律允許範圍內，本軟體以「現況」提供。開發者不對任何間接或衍生損害負責。

8. 條款變更

開發者得不定期更新本條款，更新後於網站公布即生效。

9. 準據法

本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the AI Grader Pro website and your purchase, download, or use of the AI Grader Pro software (the "Software"). The Software is provided by HSIEH CHUNG-TSUN (also known as SHIEH CHUNG TSUN, "Developer").

2. License

The Software is licensed, not sold. License terms are governed by the EULA included with the Software.

3. Payments

Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers or merchant-of-record services (which may include Paddle). Refunds, taxes, and disputes are governed by the policies of the payment provider used at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy on this website and the payment provider’s policies. If you pay via Paddle, Paddle’s policies apply.

5. User Responsibility (AI Output)

AI-generated grading, feedback, and analytics may contain errors and are provided for reference only. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs and for any grading, teaching, or reporting decisions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

No reverse engineering, circumvention, or tampering with licensing checks.
No resale, rental, sublicensing, or unauthorized distribution of the Software or license keys.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "AS IS" and the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

The Developer may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
